Everything, it was just what I wanted. Please do not tell anyone about this hotel, it is a gem. Those reviews concerning no gym facilities know that when they book .. so why complain ? The room was extremely comfortable and we were very impressed with the size of the room and the HUGE bed we had! The hotel is in a fantastic location for the town. We would definately stay at this hotel again. - it was near to the center of inverness with a beautiful view of the river ness and castle.the staff were friendly and the rooms were clean

The staff are excellent, very friendly and very accommodating. Parking facilities are very good and the staff have good local knowledge. The hotel is very close to the city centre and patrolled by the Police on foot. The hotel is within walking distance to all the nightlife. The hotel is very quiet at night and the beds are very comfortable. -

Modern clean rooms with excellent shower room, especially liked the shower gel supplied in wall dispenser gorgeous smell, the hand soap dispenser was the same, we stayed in room 9.
The hotel in general had a nice cosy feel to it.
Excellent staff, extremely helpful, cheery friendly and efficient, I travel a fair bit and these were the best I had encountered in quite a while.
The breakfast was lovely, yet again served by friendly cheery efficient staff.

Dont judge the hotel from the outside which looks tired and dated once inside you are in for a pleasant suprise. The foyer and reception area are bright and modern and the staff pleasant and helpfull. Our rooms were spotless and well equipped. All in all a great hotel and excellent value for money. I have 2 small dog and this was no problem with the hotel the food was really good and we enjoyed the swimming pool. We did not stay long, but the staff person there was extremely helpful. We arrived at 1 in the morning, and were easily able to get into our room. He also accommodated our need for an early breakfast the following morning, and he gave us a map with walking directions to the train station. Our room was spartan, as all youth hostel rooms are, but it was clean and comfortable. And the price, 22 pounds per person per night, could not be beat.

It was a two story apartment attached to their home, very clean with a washer and dryer. We enjoyed taking some after dinner walks in the woods behind their house. They had a fire prepared for us to enjoy and found the place quite enjoyable for 2 nights. -

A very short walk from the train or bus station.
Premier Inn is very clean and appears to be newly built.
We were met with a smile and a friendly attitude.
They are very energy conscious and the first thing you notice when you get to your room you need to use your card/room key to activate the main lights.

The staff who greeted us were really delightful, friendly & knowledgeable. The decor in the restaurant/bar areas is just lovely. Our rooms were perfectly clean & tidy & a positive must go to the cleaners who were lovely when we encountered them also. Breakfasts were fine. Special mention to Stefan in the restaurant bar area.....he was just beautiful the way he dealt with an elderly couple who were sitting next to us. He is a special asset to your hotel.
