He rang me the night before to ask if we wanted a reservation made at a local restaurant which he did for us, then he even gave us a lift to the restaurant.   The staff were excellent: friendly, welcoming, accommodating, informative. Breakfast was good quality. The room deal we got was also excellent value for money.
