  Very helpful, especially as I follow a restricted diet. Friendly - felt really welcome. Good value for money - the breakfast was extraordinary in choice and originality.   I attended a black-tie event at the hotel, but the suit hire people included trousers that were far too small!!!! I told the receptionist about my dilemma and it was not long before they miraculasly found a pair of trousers which amazingly fitted perfectly!!! That is what i call service, without their help we could not have attended the event.
