  We have just returned from a wonderful Bank Holiday weekend at the Blacksmiths Country Inn. An exquisite 'get away from it all' Hotel situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty..pefectly located to access some of North Yorkshires finest scenery. The breakfasts and evening meals, and the dining areas were - All the staff were really friendly, polite and helpful. Even though it was our first visit, they all made you feel like old friends.The food was delicious - just what I was expecting from the website. We had a standard room with loads of drawer and hanging space for clothes. The bathroom was warm and cosy; with very hot water and the hand-held, over the bath shower worked well for a couple like us where one likes to bathe and the other to shower!
