  The owner is a very kind person, very professional and with a fantastic sense of humour! The acomodation is perfect for its purpose, very calm place, clean, cosy and easy to use. The Shu - The shuttle bus service was great-- cheap and very regular. It seemed like everytime we were in the lobby, there was a bus out front waiting for passengers. We took the Stansted Express into London 2 days in a row and it was extremely easy. One night we got back to Stansted very late and were pleased to discover the shuttle bus runs until 1 A.M., so we had no trouble getting back to the hotel. The staff was very friendly.
