Everything was excellent, the location, the cleanliness, comfort, and design. The flat was well painted and refurbished, looking very clean, tidy and cozy. Riccardo, the owner, is a gentleman, VERY helpful and promptly answered all our enquiries. I definitely recommend this place.

Easy to find. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a problem one evening when we had no hot water, but within five minutes staff were on site and water was restored.

travelled weekend of the 23rd March, 2013. Weather verrry cold. The apartment was very cosy and warm spotlessly clean, ideal location very close to shops, restaurants, parking no problem. Approx 10 mins drive to Edinburgh City. Bus stop outside door.Leith offers several top quality restaurants. Royal Brittanica Yacht, and Ocean Terminal Shopping Centre. apartment was fantastic, new, good layout, good facilities and amenities. location was ok - a good 20 min walk to the heart of the shopping district and royal mile and quite a walk to a supermarket. Caroline was great. She was very friendly, told us everything we needed to know and check-in was quick and efficient. The two bedroom, two bathroom, living room and kitchen apartment was huge and extremely clean. The breakfast was self serve, but great. The apartment was located on a nice quiet street about a 45 minute walk or 10 -15 minute cab ride from city centre.
