  We decided to book the beechlawn for an overnight stay after a night at the dog track. I have to say My wife and I were impressed as it was not like the chain hotels (go in the lift out into a corridor and your room was on the right) No the hotel had a bit of charm and space a lovely seated area outside the room and good space in the room to relax... co mówią ludzie » and it was quiet. Breakfast was good. Everything in the room worked and was clean and tidy. We will be back again. - Excellent staff with a great sense of humour dealt with my various requests with great friendliness. Excellent food when i ate in. Breakfasts brilliant. Overall very stress free for a business trip. A great place to relax after a hard day. A great pleasure to experience marvellous customer service with a genuine smile.

  Good sized bath an bed, staff couldn't do enough to ensure we got a room even though that particular night the snow and weather was atrocious and every hotel in Belfast was booked out, we managed to make a booking online but when we got to the hotel my phone battery had died with our booking confirmation on it, their computers were down and they h... co mówią ludzie » ad no record of our booking whatsoever yet still fully accommodated us and did so even without having my credit on me, staff couldn't do enough and th - The staff were efficient and fairly friendly. The rooms were clean, and comfortable. Although the hotel is a bit out of the way from Belfast city centre, there are lots of restaurants and bars in the surrounding area if you don't mind a wee walk and there is a bus stop right outside the hotel entrance (although no Sunday service, unfortunately). The Balmoral is good value for money. I would definitely stay here again.
