The hotel was fantastic, close to the city centre but still had plentyof free parkin spaces. Rooms were great and very modern - In short, everthing.Although a solo traveller,i prefer a double room which was excellent.I thought the hotel was faultless.

We liked the easyness to get to the town centre and the shoppingcomplex. It was a 5 min walk from the hotel and 1 min in the car. Room Decor, pleasant layout and facilities, especially the complimentary toiletry pack. The sound proofing was excellent: considering there was a busy taxi rank right outside, we could not hear a thing. - Everything about our stay was spot on. Room was spacious, bed was really comfortable and cleanliness excellent. Food was also superb.

Accommodation was excellent and very comfortable had lots of room
for us all to move around.
Reception staff welcoming and very helpful a smile goes a long way. Our dog Tilly was also greeted with a friendly pat and quickly made herself at home. We enjoyed a carvery meal in the restaurant for £4.50pp a fantastic price and didn't break the bank.

Pleasant stay, everything went smoothly; friendly and professional staff - all for a bargain price. Free coffee, tea, biscuits and water is a lovely bonus. Room and bathroom was clean to highest standard. Fantastic central location.

I think what makes Jurys Inn different from all other hotel chain is
that , they do really invest in good staffs, friendly professional team
is what they have , rest assured that youl be looked after really well
when you stay with them, just amazing how excellent these staffs are of
jurys inn , well done. Im a frequent hotel user and tried most hotels so
I definitely know the difference and what differs them from one another.

It was my daughter's birthday and the hotel provided a birthday message with chocolates in the room which was a lovely touch. The room was lovely - two double beds overlooking the golf course. Staff were very friendly. Lovely fresh omelettes made at breakfast - cooked while you waited - which was a lovely touch.

The standard of cleanliness and its location was excellent. We were able to book a smoking room which added to the enjoyment of our stay. Nothing worse than standing outside in the cold . Because of that we felt able to maximise the relaxation factor and our room was spacious . The breakfast was hot, and fresh and in a clean bright dining room.

Claire in Reservations was very helpful and got us the right rooms for our requirements. Rooms were large, well cleaned and breakfast plentiful. Free internet was a huge bonus, nice to see a company not charging for something as important as wifi and the speed was good too. Perhaps worth installing a blocker for bit torrent downloads though. All in all, the hotel does represent good value for money.
