If we brought back takeaway we could use the dining room,plates, cutlery condiments, etc and Karen regularly - We wanted somewhere cosy & central, when selecting a B&B for our visit to Cromer. Having very limited knowledge, we checked the reviews against availability & took a change with the Wellington House. "How we love it when a plan comes together". We cannot speak highly enough of Karen & Richard & their home Wellington House. Every aspect of our stay was as we would have wished & more. Warm friendly hosts, nothing was to much trouble.   Our studio apartment was of an extremely high standard. Furnishings and equipment were excellent and everything was spotlessly clean. We had only one night so were unable to use the leisure facilites but the pool looked wonderful and the beach was only a short walk from our villa. We stayed in Jan so thought the resturant would be serving a reduced menu, however this was not the case and the food was absolutely lovely!!

  This was a quick get away as the weather was going to be sunny. When were driving upto the hotel. The way it was lite up gave it the wow factor. The hotel was lovely and quiet which suited us both. We were shown to our room. And the wow factor hit again. The fixture and fittings were of a very good standard. We loved our stay and will be going bac... co mówią ludzie » k. A beautiful place to unwind in. - This hotel is a little gem hidden away in a forest but only a few miles from some lovely beaches and resorts. We did have lovely weather which helps to make the trip memorable. The staff were brilliant, food excellent ate in restaurant both nights. We will certainly return for another weekend break at some point. Well done.

  Everything! Availability of single rooms. Well thought out lay out of bedroom, cleanliness, friendly, helpful staff. Fabulous breakfast. Great view from bedroom. Impressive art deco reception/dining room. Comfortable surroundings, easy parking, proximity to sea and town. Well done all. - The staff demonstrated genuine care and consideration when I was taken ill a few hours before depature. They helped in every way possible. This assistance removed stress and facilitated a sufficient recovery for me to leave with only a short delay and good memories of my time with them.
