  Staff very friendly and helpful. It was good to be able to sit and have a meal after a long journey. A more comfortable lounge area would have been nice, ie sofa's for us to sit together and relax as a family.   Everyone was extremely friendly and more than happy to help. The Hotel is a 10 minute walk from the City Centre but in dire weather (as was this weekend) taxi's are happy to pick up/drop off. - Only stayed overnight but impressed with the helpfulness of the staff, especially reception when booking in.

  The Abode Canterbury is excellent for disabled access, the rooms are beautifully decorated with luxurious fittings and it has an air of calm. The staff are exceptionally helpful and cheerful. - The atmosphere of the the town and hotel was very nice. We all had arelaxing time during our stay at the Abode Canterbury.

  I arrived very late on Christmas eve.Staff were very kind and helpfull. Love your Hypnos beds very comfy. Will try to always stay with you. - Very clean, all we wanted, including a comfortable bar area. Great service. Car park is very nearby.
