Staff brilliant-i lost an earring and rang themnext day-they had found it and posted it on to me thanks richard forgoing the extra mile!!

  The food was very good and the restaurant staff extremely personable I stay in hotels frequently and I can honestly say that your staff were without exception the most polite, helpful and cheerful that I have come across. The location is perfect, it's right beside the river, very close to the main shopping area and the beautiful buildings of the University. The staff are very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel.   Helpful staff. The room was quiet with an excellent view. The full breakfast was also excellent. - Very comfortable room and bed. Excellent choice at breakfast, sepecially the Cambridge sausage!
