  Staff are very helpful and friendly and go out of their way to make sure everything is right. Even though they had an annual performance audit being carried out on the morning that I arrived, the staff still made time to help me by keeping my luggage behind reception while I went to a meeting so I could check-in later. Staff were very helpful in pointing out where indoor playgrounds could be found.

  very helpful manager and staff... nice position only 30 mins walk into Bridgwater.... rooms warm n cosy....evening meal choice very good and nicely cooked. - I liked the location, the friendly atmosphere, the clean and comfortable room, as I was a woman traveling alone for the first time I felt safe.
