The hotel was excellent, I had dinner in the restaurant which was
brill, and breakfast was great too. The room was very elegant, and
provided all the extras. The location of the hotel is brilliant, it
took us around 30 minutes to get right into the center of London
(oxford circus) so it was nice to relax and get away from the business
when we came back to the hotel.

Originally booked a double and a twin room for our teenage sons, but when we arrived they had arranged 2 doubles. Eventually they sorted out new rooms for us and by way of apology upgraded my husband and myself to an executive room. We were impressed by their attitude to customer service. Plenty of restaurants 5 mins walk away and lots of discount

The location is excellent just about 30 min from Heathrow and close to
Ealing Broadway underground with connections to central London. Bus

The hotel was great. We booked more than half a year in advance and the price was quite convenient. Room was large and clean and included tea/coffee facilities. The the bathroom was perfectly spotless. The personnel was friendly and helpful. You get all you need in this hotel. Breakfast was also plentiful. All-in-all, a very nice hotel.
Plus, the neighborhood was very nice with a lot of shops, terraces and restaurants nearby.

Ultra modern facilities. Tastefully decorated rooms, very comfortable and welcoming. Most importantly, very quiet and peaceful throughout stay- no unwelcome noise in the hallway or from other rooms. +Location very close to the r/w station, but if you have to travel frequently to London, it's not very convenient to stay so far away from London

The staff were extremely helpful, polite, friendly. - The feeling of being welcome - nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Price was excellent (for London!) and the free parking and location of the Tube Station were bonuses. Nice area, convenient for Wembley, with a couple of nice restaurants just round the corner. Rooms were comfortable and warm, and the little tranquil garden was great.
