We stayed in this hotel only for one night, because we had a late connection flight. The personal was excellent, the comfort of beds unforgetable, the cleaness of rooms very very good. Friendly staff on arrival, at breakfast and on exit. Only stayed here as Leeds city centre was fully booked and were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was! Only 5 mins from the train station and centre of town. Spotlessly clean, everything available for breakfast even though we were one of the last to arrive the dining room. Overall, great place and would definitely stay again.

Staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Hotel accommodated my request for a quiet room by putting me in a peaceful canal-facing room at the end of a higher floor. Room was clean, fairly large, comfortable, well-designed, all the amenities you might need. 24/7 ironing room and food service if needed, also a decent quiet family pub next door. Świetne łóżko - An amazing hotel. The staff are so lovely with the guests and, coupledwith the efficient service, make this the best hotel I have stayed in,in a long time. Beautiful Christmas trees in the reception area and thedining room and the added touches for Christmas, like complimentarymulled wine and mince pies made for a lovely atmosphere
