  it was just nice guest house , easy going and helpfull, as i fell down and hurt my leg they told me where hospital was and also where we could eat out and opinions about the places too - The owner was very welcoming, we booked in and he offered to help us inwith our luggage.   This is the best hotel I have stayed in at Blackpool. the owners are soooo friendly and helpful, would definitely go there again. It is spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable. first class. - The owners of the hotel were extremely friendly and polite.   what more could you ask for!!!, Cheap prices, lovely rooms, bathrooms etc, nice friendly bloke (kevin) running things. Had a lovely full english in the morning and there were many other items available as well from cereals t - The hotel was very clean. The food offered was excellent. The owner was a very pleasant man, who made us most welcome. The room was very comfortable and warm. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and biscuits supplied in the room. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.
