We were going to LEGOLAND so this place was perfect to stay at, only 15 mins drive away. Owners very friendly, nice garden where we sat out in the evening whilst our children could play.

enjoyed the stay . the staff were very friendly other inn users were not friendly or nice to visitors or very thinking of others we woke up ready to go to Thorpe park and everubody had eaten everything the kitchen had not muh left which was not the staffs fault we blame other users I drove the 2 sec treck to the hotel to get butter a man couldn't

I love the style of the hotel. The lobby was fantastic. Very welcoming. The fish tanks by tye lifts on every floor were amazing. Having an ice dispenser and a shoe shine machinewas a real bonus. The room was cosy (we had trouble waking up for breakfast...ha ha) it was wonderful and very convenient having not only a health salon and a swimming pool

When checking in, the ladies on reception were very curteous and efficient, even helping me with my luggage all the way up to my room.
The room was a generous size with a comfy bed.
The leisure centre was just what I needed with a gym/cardio centre and also a pool, sauna, steam room and jaccuzzi. The gym was quite busy but there was enough equipment for all.
Breakfast was lovely and included in the billl.

Clean, comfortable and up to date decor. First stay in a family room since our 10 week old baby was born and it worked perfectly! Also left my phone in the room by mistake, spent the whole day at legoland before I realised it was missing. Location ideal for visiting Windsor. Clean tidy rooms/hotel good facilities. Lovely staff. location of onsite Brewers Fayre for food etc is good value for money, family friendly and lovely staff- food excellent value good choice for breakfast and always topped up regularly, and dinner excellent too. Would definitely stay here again if visiting the area.

I've stayed here a few times and its a convenient location. The food is very reasonably and actually very nice. The staff are really helpful and offer a service with a smile. The only critiscm I have is the loud music on the weekends. I work weekends and unfortunately didn't sleep until very late and had to be up at 5am. This is my fault for not requesting a room at the very top to combat the noise levels. Otherwise a nice comfortable stay.

loved having a microwave and big fridge in the room, it meant we could buy a ready meal from the local shops rather than eating out. it was like an annex to the house so no noise from other people staying there! close to the car on their own parking so we could run quickly to it in the rain! really enjoyed our stay worth the money. the pro's definitely out weighed the cons. overall good stay!
