  The staff at this hotel were fantastically polite, helpful and attentive - there was initially a problem with our room, and we were immediately upgraded by the superb reception manager into a suite that had access to a butler. The spa is excellent, the room comfortable....   This was so much more than a b&b - the rooms were luxurious and the staff were so helpful - nothing was too much trouble - the breakfast was the best I've had anywhere - I would recommend this to anyone - PERFECT - Boutique B&B exactly as it should be. Thankyou for your hospitality.

  The whole atmosphere and surroundings were great. Really enjoyed it. It was easy to get to with good links to the City, we actually walked in to Bath but it was a nice day and not in a rush.   The hotel is very well situated and the facilities are very good value for money. The restaurant offered a good choice of dishes which were good value. The breakfasts very very good offering a good choice of options and very plentiful. The staff were very helpful and pleasant . - We liked the Hotel it was very nice & clean.
