  To z czego nie skorzystałem, bo nikt o tym nie poinformował, a w pokoju nie znalazłem na ten temat żadnej informacji, np. basen. Na plus: polskojęzyczna recepcjonistka oraz menedżer, który uwzględnił zgłoszoną reklamację i dzięki temu obyło się bez awantury (ale nie bez stresu, a wina leży ewidentnie po stronie hotelu). Pokoje wyposażone komfortowo... co mówią ludzie » , ładny parking. - My husband and I were very impressed with your hotel,we have stayed in a lot of hotels and yours has got to be the best.The staff were all very friendly and we were made to feel very welcome. There was no hassle doing anything or going anywhere and being able to use your leisure facilities with no fuss or bother. - Hotel was very clean with excellent staff and facilities and very good value for money.Would definately recommend this hotel to our family.

I would choose your hotel again for this reason. - The hotel staff were very helpful and professional. Also enjoyed spa facilities. The room was very tidy and clean.   We had a very warm reception. The room was tasteful, large and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a good choice of cereals; good quality fresh fruit salad and separate bowl of blueberries. Cooked breakfast looked and tasted great. It was very nice to have fresh fruit and biscuits provided in the bedroom, and we especially appreciated bein - Myself and my husband stayed at the aviary for one night while going to the Blondie concert in Tunbridge, it was a lovely room very spacious and comfortable with everything you could wish for. Mrs Cox is a lovely lady and nothing was to much trouble. My husband enjoyed a great full english breakfast and even though I am vegetarian this was not a problem and I had a lovely breakfast too. We would definitely stay again if visiting that area.
