  Excellent location. A short 5 minute walk and you are in the centre of Aviemore. There is also a very acceptable italian (offering a great buffet) that is part of the Motel complex.   Stayed there while attending conference in Aviemore. Easily found even in the dark. Warmly welcomed, everything explained and showed to our room, and received some cake to have with our hot drink that we made from adequate supplies in the room. Small-town setting with great dining and shopping within a close walking distance. Great nature adventures just outside of town. Priced right.

  From the moment I contacted Lorraine at dunroamin I found her extremely helpful in ensuring my wife's and my stay would be perfect. It was my wife's birthday weekend and I ordered flowers and champagne to be in the room upon arrival. When we arrived we were met at the door by Lorraine who welcomed us in and showed us to our room. I've paid a lot more at other B&B's and received far less. It really was a very pleasant surprise. The room was comfortable and the shower had fantastic water pressure. The proprietors were friendly. Breakfast was wonderful. Worth more than what is asked for sure!

  A warm welcome, with an open fire in the guest lounge, good whiskies in the bar and a very comfortable room all made for an excellent stay. The house is at the end of its own private drive just outside the town, so it is nicely secluded and quiet, with views of the Cairngorn mountains, but easy walking distance to the towns facilities.
