Comfortable, well presented, good food, pleasant and helpful staff, very convenient location. Were able to drop our bags off early which was very useful. - Very comfortable rooms, well decorated. Excellent location of hotel for arena, shopping centre etc.

Excellent value for money. (An added bonus was its location alongside the grammar school I attended 1943-48 which I hadn't seen since then!) - We were attending a local wedding and all the staff were very helpful providing directions and information regarding the venue.

There was a problem with the heater in my room but within a few minute of me having reported it to reception a portable heater was provided.The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. It is superbly placed for City Centre attractions including the 02 Acadamy (300metres).Friendly Staff. Good selection at breakfast. Eat in the restaurant or order any meal and eat in your room.

We stayed due to my partners birthday and were quite hungover when we arrived so went straight off to the pool which was lovely - really relaxing. We stayed two nights for a family funeral and hills a buffet reception for family and friends. The food was good. We dined in the hotel restaurant both nights and were very impressed. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is modern and very spacious. It made it a little easier to cope with such a sad occasion.

The hotel was ideally located for visiting our family and friends for a big birthday party. The room was ideal in size comfort and facilities for our weekend needs.
