the personal attention - I thought the Manchester Airport Marriott Hotel was outstanding. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room looked great and the bed was very comfortable.

The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and the facilities were fantastic. The room was lovely and comfortable and overall it was a fantastic place to stay. We had been warned before that building work was underway but it made no difference whatsoever to our enjoyment and all the staff went out of their way to be both friendly and helpful. There was also an enthusiasm for the place that was refreshing.

The apartment was just as advertised. It was very clean and spacious and had everything you needed for a short or long term stay. It was a little difficult to find but we were soon given directions over the phone. Would definitely use again. - Me and my partner stayed at the hotel we thought it was very lush and enjoyed our stay, will probably stay

The attitude & manner of all the staff I had contact with was first class. Initially I was given a smoking room, so I returned to reception to comment (not complain) & the member of staff immediately allocated me another room on a different floor. A beautiful hotel with an imposing entrance. Our bedroom room was spacious and very attractive. The Midland is right in centre. Surrounded by cafes bars and theatres. I'm a believer in you get what you pay for - we paid - and we got! 3 Generations stayed to celebrate my mum's 83rd birthday, we went to watch Tonga V Cook Islands in the RLWC. Tonga were staying at Worsley - the best birthday present for my mum EVER!

Ideal location for countryside -
We came with my parents and thoroughly enjoyed our stay even though it was only one night we thought the hotel and grounds were gorgeous and the pool fantastic . The staff were Also very helpful and friendly. Maybe could have had a bit more choice for dinner but otherwise food lovely . Would highly recommend this hotel and have done X
