Stayed here for three weeks for business purposes and have to admit that after the three week period it felt like family. Hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful (contrary to what other people say), always willing to help and offer directions/advice etc.

greeted by lovely staff who assisted our check in. Rooms clean, beds comfortable. Tea and coffee....pub two minutes from hotel, airport 5 minutes from hotel. Early morning call prompt, greeted again in the morning and wished well on our holidyas...Lenny was so right..........perfect....x

Bar. Ale za krotko otwarty.Nie - Staff were very helpful, polite, efficient and happy to help. I requested extra pillows,and theye arrived within 15mins. Disabled Parking and facilities were excellent. Will be using again!!!!!!! - Easy to locate off the M1. Stayed Sunday night for Monday flight from Luton Airport. Good rooms, clean and comfortable

The convenience of the location as we were across the road at ourwedding reception so it was easy to get to when the evening had ended. - The staff in reception were very helpful and friendly. The room was superb with a comfy bed and a very good air cooler.

My daughter and myself came for my grand daughters 1st birthday birhday party.We live in Norfolk. The room was very clean! I am a disable women,everything was lovely and convient.I am very fussy about my bedding. When I we got there the first thing I checked was the bedding!they were lovely and clean!!!! Everything, security very good, parking was easy, food superb, staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bright, spacious, nice view over the water. We were very impressed and will certainly use Premier Inn again, in fact we are planning a tour of Hereford, Worcester & Gloucester and will use Premier Inns for B & B.

With 19 month twin boys we was so happy to find our room situation at the end of corridor on the ground floor and heard no noise what so ever as often in places near airports theres lots of traffic noise and doors slamming from other guests who are departing throughout the night. Excellent to have free wifi
