Everything. However, letsbookhotel.com made a mistake! You did not have my surname correct, i.e. van Breemen, therefore at first the receptionist said I was not booked in which caused me some stress momentarily. I was travelling with my two grandchildren and you had told premier inn that it was a couple, so they had to get another suitable room

Nice staff.
The room and WC was spotless clean.
Despite being very close to the airport the rooms are properly insulated against noise which added to a very comfortable bed gave us what they promise: a great night's sleep!
The hotel is ideally located and very close to the airport, however bear in mind you should leave the airport complex and most important, if you are using your sat nav, the post code is wrong and it will take you to a parking inside the airport complex.

Location - easily off the motorway and quiet. Staff were extremely
helpful. A previous user of our room had been smoking and the room still
smelt very much of smoke. The staff were very apologetic and gave us
free breakfast as compensation as the hotel was fully booked. They

Coudn't really fault it for £45, had a large double room with an
adjoining room containing two singles and a cot. Beds were comfy,
pillows were really comfy (something I'm picky about).. Had a shower

Excellent value for money and great facilities. A little bit out of the city centre, but who needs to go there with the swimming pool, gym etc. etc. - Courteous and helpful staff. Quality of food. Excellent car parking.

I shared with my daughter was warm, spacious and had lovely comfortable
clean beds. My daughter was over from Northern Ireland for an interview
at Hope University and found the bar area very peaceful and relaxing in

On arrival we were greeted with a very friendly member of staff who explained all the facilities of the hotel and made us feel welcome. Only stayed one night to visit friends after having spent the weekend at a wedding in North Wales. Would certainly stay again if we were in the area.

When we made the reservation we asked for a quiet room with a good view and to be away from the bar area if possible. We got just that, our room was on the other side of the hotel well away from the kitchen and bar area so it was very quiet, and we had superb views. Great historic location, Port Sunlight itself, and within half an hour of both Chester and Liverpool.

The Hotel or Hostel if you wish to call it that, was in a semi rural position but only 15 mins away from the centre of Chester. The room was in a row of chalets positioned around a garden to the rear was a wooded area with an abundance of rabbiits and squirrals the room itself was very clean and warm. Semi rural location surrounded by woods. Eco conscious ethics, sumptuous breakfast (and I understand the evening meals were beautiful), efficient staff, friendly atmosphere in the bar. This place was a real find.
