The staff were very friendly and very willing to help in every way. The King size bed was extremely comfortable and the location was great. The Hopper shuttle service was very convenient and punctual and had us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you need somewhere to stay close to the airport

I liked the staff they were very helpful in giving us a better room for only an extra £5 without having been asked to do so. The room was nice the bed comfortable with a tv, the bathroom was lovely and clean, they offered us food for breakfast. I was only there for one night and don't know how they could have been better -

The staff was very friendly upon arrival. The Homestay is located a short walk from Hounslow Underground. Close to shops. Room was comfy and had a good night's sleep. The rain shower felt really good, perfect pressure. Free Wi-Fi. They serve breakfast and it smelled really good, but I did not have it there as I was visiting family ate out. I would definitely stay there again.

Appearance and location, modern looking. Very attractive restaurant and bar with excellent menu and the food well presented and high quality. Rooms well furnished but would still like to see more 'closet' space though only needed if staying for more than a few days, Staff were all very friendly and helpful and seem to enjoy working in this hotel.

we stayed for 4 nights and was made very welcome all the staff were friendly polite and eager to please. The resturant was very pleasent spotless clean and more than enough choice.We also dined of an evening the food was excellent well presented and the chef was superb.Would like to recommend chef for the lovely very well priced food. The accommodation at the Windsor Trooper was lovely. Spacious room clean tidy with ensuite and was well decorated. The staff there were so helpful and pleasant The food served here was marvellous and I would recommend to anyone. Parking at the property was also a bonus. 5 Minutes walk from the town centre. Brilliant all round. Would certainly stay there again.

For a small hotel, it provided all I required for an overnight stay while attending a private function elsewhere. The room and facilities were really good, modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate for the very keen on-line price. Overnight car parking charge of £5 was agreeable in the light of other some hotel's rip-off prices!

The location is excellent just about 30 min from Heathrow and close to
Ealing Broadway underground with connections to central London. Bus

The hotel was great. We booked more than half a year in advance and the price was quite convenient. Room was large and clean and included tea/coffee facilities. The the bathroom was perfectly spotless. The personnel was friendly and helpful. You get all you need in this hotel. Breakfast was also plentiful. All-in-all, a very nice hotel.
Plus, the neighborhood was very nice with a lot of shops, terraces and restaurants nearby.

I loved the quality, value for money, excellent service (lman receptionist was fab) restaurant next door selling great food at good value price, lovely outdoor area, grass, tables etc and there is also an indoor play area for children.
