From the minute we stepped foot in the hotel the service was amazing. We
had 2 rooms £35 each which was a bargain and the staff couldn't do
enough for you. In the morning another helpful member of staff helped us
to get bus tickets to the airport and guided us to a table to take a

staff Gatwick north terminal they said they are the biggest but they are

The cost was really good for a family of 4. The bathroom was pretty big. There were some vending machines just in case you wanted to buy a snack. The Costa coffee and the bar were really cosy. Breakfast was not amazing, just fine. No noise from outside but terrible from the corridor. Really confortable bed, although it was quite hard so someone may not like it. Staff really nice. I'd go back, for a night or for a week, as we stayed. Location was good as it was next to M25.

All very good, ideal for an over night airport stay, allthough I would have been quite happy staying longer. I have stayed in other airport hotels in the area and this was much better than my last hotel!! - I only stayed to sleep after a 24 hour journey and found it clean and tidy with no fuss ,which was what i wanted.

This the second time I have stayed at this hotel and once again found the staff very friendly. Room was basically comfortable and very clean. The room was spacious and the bathroom had a towel warmer and the TV was large with many viewing options. The staff were all polite. The price was so reasonable I could not believe the accomadations for the price I paid. - Very comfortable room and very tasty food in the bar. Hoppa bus to terminal 5 convenience and ease of use
