Loved the ease of the booking. The staff were very friendly and happy to accommodate our early arrival (being that we had traveled straight from Australia, total hrs 30). Beds and pillow were very comfortable,and the room was very clean. -

The hotel seems brand-new, the carpets in the long, slightly soulless corridors, still smelling new and fresh. I was very very impressed by the planning that has gone into this hotel. Very nice brand new Business hotel located 5 mins walk from Aberdeen Airport. Very comfortable, clean rooms with excellent facilities. The breakfast offered was excellent. It only opened in July, so the hotel overall was very good. I think there was a £ 5 charge per night for parking, but can't be sure, as I did not take a car. Staff were new, and were under training, but very friendly. The restaurant did not have a big menu to boast about, but seemed okay.

i came here for work. so it did not bother me that its far from the city.
Tesco is right beside the hotel. offices were within walking distance, if u finish with work and don't feel like going to the city, westhill is beautiful if you just walk around and take pictures around the farms.

Reception staff were really friendly, the cleaning staff did a great job, there were nice touches like the kids pj's under pillows and things put out of the way for them. To have two proper beds for the kids was great as last time they were mattresses on the floor. We were also served in the shepherds rest by a young man who was really helpful and kind (think called Dylan?)

The room was pure luxury. The bath, double shower and all extras ie massage oil, bath oil, candles made for a very relaxing evening. Breakfast was perfect, very filling and the staff met our every needs.
We would definitely stay again. A special treat for a special occasion.

Adjustable mattress beds, air conditioning, non slip floor in bathroom, sprinkler system, large walk in shower with controls easily accessible and not beside rain shower head. Staff friendly and professional. Late check out not a problem. Money off breakfast voucher.

arrived shortly after 2pm on the Friday, swiftly checked in by the friendly receptionist, we payed on arrival and were quickly given our key cards told of all the facilities within the hotel. The park inn is modern and very well done I.e décor and layout,
being a smoker I liked the section of outdoors within the building
which is a great idea saving you from standing out the front. Its in

Nice clean rooms, bit small but fine for price paid. Bed comfortable. Staff very attentive. WiFi added bonus! All we needed on hand including iron and board. Very central location and was surprised at what little noise we heard. Jacuzzi bath was a highlight. Was worried about only continental breakfast but needn't had been, lots to choose from and

Was only for one night but would stay again. Very comfy bed, clean white cotton bed linen which smelt of that "just dried in the fresh air" smell, not the usual hotel laundry smell. A massive jacuzzi bath, (bit noisy you would have to shout if you wanted a conversation), the colour scheme easy on the eye, quite restful considering. Good substantial self serve continental breakfast the following morning. Friendly staff.

Reception staff were very helpful and lovely, easy to get on with. Room was beautiful, very nice decor. Bathroom was spotless, facilities in room were superb! Bed was a good size with comfortable bedding, television was perfect location. Lighting was optional! Fast free wifi service was a boost. Hotel as a whole was absolutely stunning. Overall excellent service and stay! Will defs be staying again.
