In a quiet residential area away from the main roads, with onsite parking and a short drive to Birmingham city centre. We were greeted with a friendly welcome and the lady was very helpful. I thought the standard of the room and ensuite were excellent. It was tastefully decorated and there were plentiful supplies of refreshments and toiletries. The parking was on site and the location was perfect in terms of motorway and our onward plans. Breakfast was extensive and the proprietor was helpful and informative. I felt really comfortable here.

The owner was extremely efficient and accomodating. She arranged for our taxi that evening and told us all the information we needed. Though our room was quite small, the bathroom had a double walk in shower and the room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent and the house was in a lovely quiet village. I would definately stay again. - The hostess

We were able to leave the car parked the day we left at a price of 3 pounds instead of taking car to Villa Park.
The room and bed were clean , as was the shower and toilet. This is what counts when you want a bed for the night!!!! -
