  Very friendly and helpful staff and they really made an effort to make us feel welcome. Food was good and well priced. Always clean and even though the surrounding location seemed a bit neglected the hotel was kept very well and we always felt secure. Best value for money we experienced on our trip. Grand Palace and Khao San road 5-10 main away. - Rooms are big and new except for the bathroom(Thai style) and are kept spotless everyday! The location is great for Khao San Road aswell as Grand Palace and other sights in the old town. Walking distance. The young girls at reception sprak Bert limieten English but are really friendly! Breakfast was good enough. If you are looking for a homely feel then don't book here but if you want great location and clean, comfortable rooms Baan Boran is perfect for you. Would book here again

  Giant fan even though it made no difference. Staff very friendly. Shower and toilet always clean. Got given our own roll of toilet tissue so never had a problem with running out! Restaurant on ground floor.   A perfect place to stay and immerse yourself in the hustle and bustle of Th Khao San road! We had a deluxe room at the back of the hotel (no windows), so didn't hear any of the noise from the street at the front (and it does get noisy)! The next morning I paid 20 baht and got freshly cooked fried rice from a street vendor - much nicer! All in al - The hotel is quite good, the staff suggested taking a windowless room which is more calm and quiet if we prefer to have a rest after a long journey. And it was a great idea. The AC is working seamlessly, so the window is not neccesssary if you just need a place to sleep in the very centre of Bangkok. And the swimming pool at the top is a good idea (if you can make it on time, as there is a lot to do and it is not easy to get home before midnight). When checking out you can leave the luggage in

Stayed here 8 years ago as backpacker and now took my mum here and she was expecting less value for 15 dollars. Close to Ko San road but not in the middle of the hussle.   Generally, This is by far the best inn, around khaosan area, Sleep Withinn provided a really good services and the staffs are so friendly, we couldn't even believe this good guesthouse is existed around here. absolutely greatest! - Nice, clean hotel. Very modern, central, stylish.
