Very friendly and helpful staff and they really made an effort to make
us feel welcome. Food was good and well priced. Always clean and even
though the surrounding location seemed a bit neglected the hotel was
kept very well and we always felt secure. Highly recommended and this
was our best experience with all the places we stayed in for 3 weeks
ranging from budget to more expensive hotels. Best value for money we
experienced on our trip. Grand Palace and Khao San road 5-10 main away. wszystkie opinie »
Rooms are big and new except for the bathroom(Thai style) and are kept spotless everyday! The location is great for Khao San Road aswell as Grand Palace and other sights in the old town. Walking distance. The young girls at reception sprak Bert limieten English but are really friendly! Breakfast was good enough. If you are looking for a homely feel then don't book here but if you want great location and clean, comfortable rooms Baan Boran is perfect for you. Would book here again.
nice and big rooms, clean, quiet, adorable staff although they hardly speak a word of English, walking distance from main attractions.
Kind stuff. Always smiling. It's not easy to call a taxi in front of the hotel, but the stuff walk along the street and call for us.
Friendly, welcoming staff, even happy to assist after checkout, free fruit and tea, convenient location.
The staff were so lovely and helpful, always adding little extras to make our stay pleasant.
Staff didn't speak a huge amount. Of English but were very helpful. Good value for money.
Great location, good breakfast and very clean hotel.
Location.
maybe the room is big and clean..the staff tries their best to help and maybe the temples are nearby...but the lam is killing...
Location.
Nothing. Perhaps only the cable tv that only had 2 English channels, but
then again it didn't matter to us because we were exploring.
reception and eating area looks like a company restaurant.
Some stuff know little about Engligh. Sometimes they have to call their manager to translate.
The bathroom was a bit of a surprise - small and no separate shower which was tricky. Toilet and basin in same area as shower so all got wet and tiled floor was filled with water until it drained away leaving a wet floor for a while.
Girls in the reception don`t speak english.
Night shift staff need to improve ENG.
Location isn't so great to explore Bangkok.
the photostat map with a small drop of where the hotel is..not visible to taxi and tut tut drivers...and most of the time they do not know where your hotel is...so we lost a lot of time and some money looking for the hotel...even local tut tuts and taxi drivers do not know where your hotel is.
Also you should have a proper receptionist counter..here we sit in the eating place..Maybe better trained English speaking staff?.
Staff does not speak English good enough to fix certain issues. We wanted to arrange late check out. Normally, it should be any problem - we normally pay 1/3 or 1/2 of standard price extra for it. In this case, late check out was impossible, despite the fact that hotel was empty. We were probably the only customers. Nobody explained why it was imposiible. Just - no.
Before leaving we wanted to eat in restaurant downstairs, but the restaurant was closed. Again - why? No explanation.
