  Hotel is ideally located near ski lifts. Staff was friendly and attentive and offers free shuttle service to and from train station. The room was comfortable, quiet, warm and clean and the view left us speechless. Included breakfast offered a good variety of choices, including dried meats, a local specialty. We will definitely return. The view is absolutely UNBEATABLE. You are practically on the Matterhorn. The gondola silently glides almost overhead from time to time offering excellent photos. I'm not sure if the view is better from the room or the restaurant/breakfast room.

  The hotel staff were helpful and made us feel very welcome. Our room was comfortable with a lovely view of the Matterhorn. The breakfast selection was excellent and the bread on offer was the best we've ever tasted. The spa was the perfect place to relax after a day's skiing - tranquil and beautifully clean.   We were 13 nights in the hotel and had a fabulous time. It is a very nicely renovated hotel, modern but very user friendly. Rooms are spaceous and nicely decorated. Sauna was very complete for a hotel sauna. Massage should be pre booked in winter but are very good and can be recommended. Dinner was excellent as well as breakfast.   We had the highest floor, which was a suite with two rooms. Loved it. Absolutely beautiful. We could see the Matterhorn from our bed. - Excellent staff, room, location and food. I am amazed that it isn't rated in Michelin and Gault Millaut!
