  A very warm welcome by staff!! All the staff were very friendly and they spoke English (enough to understand essential things). Some of them also spoke a bit of Italian. The room was very very clean and large enough to stay comfortably, with 2 closets. The bathroom was also very clean. The breakfast was of a good quality foods, varieties of ham&cheeses, crispy croissants, fresh fruits and yogurts were delicious. We tried loc - Ther staff were very helpful, extra bed -no problems immediate, a vegetarian meal - right away no questions. changed faulty kettle immediately. Good food and everything with a smile. Even gave me ice for the cooler -- hard even to find ice in Switzerland.

  The hotel was wonderful, clean, very well kept; the staff was outstanding! They were very helpful and courteous; made us feel very welcome and comfortable, and would make sure that we were satisfied with their facility and service. This hotel is fantastic! - Everything was super, room was comfortable and staff was very frendly and helpful.

  A perfect Location, very calm and still not more then 5 minutes from the center, All was great the Hotel, the Staff, the Pool and welness facility, we will go back for sure.... Only Hotel Sonne in Zermatt - Excellent service, nice rooms, very generous spa area- everything was just perfect.

  Hotel is ideally located near ski lifts. Staff was friendly and attentive and offers free shuttle service to and from train station. The room was comfortable, quiet, warm and clean and the view left us speechless. Included breakfast offered a good variety of choices, including dried meats, a local specialty. We will definitely return. The view is absolutely UNBEATABLE. You are practically on the Matterhorn. The gondola silently glides almost overhead from time to time offering excellent photos. I'm not sure if the view is better from the room or the restaurant/breakfast room.

  We were 13 nights in the hotel and had a fabulous time. It is a very nicely renovated hotel, modern but very user friendly. Rooms are spaceous and nicely decorated. Sauna was very complete for a hotel sauna. Massage should be pre booked in winter but are very good and can be recommended. Dinner was excellent as well as breakfast.   What a lovely place in a beautiful part of the world. 60m from the train station and the friendliest, no fuss greeting from the reception staff-member. Nothing was a problem and willing to help out with information and baggage storage. The lady in the bar was equally as accommodating, whether it was pouring beers or waiting at our table for dinner... co mówią ludzie » . . . .and a lovely little restaurant it was. Plenty of food for your dollar. Breakfast was served downstairs in a different restaurant area and was a - It's the best hotel in the past 15 days travel. Kind staff, beautiful scenic, near railway station and very convenient to Zermatt by shuttle train, but much cheaper and easy parking. And, the restraunt is good.
