  We arrived early and were allowed to access our rooms. The staff were friendly and more than happy to help us with any queries and meet our needs. The elegance of the hotel and the cleanliness of the rooms was a great touch to an enjoyable stay in Bern.   just about everything - good and quiet location with an easy and short bus ride to center town; excellent restaurant (ate there both nights) with wonderfull waiter - Rooms, staff and location were wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay at Innere Enge and would highly recommend this hotel.
