  Everything was great, very good and fresh food; friendly, always smiling staff, room with amazing views and balcony, everything was very clean :) we will definitely go back there :) - Fantastic place.   Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were plenty large for a single traveller. Very nice staff. - The hotel was great with and excellent atmosphere, ideal for any ski holiday. Special mention to the staff to were excellent and very friendly. Thanks.

  Warm, comfortable, spacious interiors and rooms throughout the building. Wide stairways, large lifts - the library area with coffee machine and lounge room would serve well in winter time. Hot breakfast was plentiful and served in ar - Rooms amazingly large, comfortable beds and linen, laundry facilities fantastic, great location with alps directly opposite the hotel. Food excellent, staff excellent. Waiter spoke 5 languages fluently and was extremely courteous and helpful. Owner Manager extremely friendly and helpful too. Parking easy, close to Mt Titlis and cable cars. Lifts a plus and huge balconies overlooking the mountains. Would highly recommend it.

  I am never this generous with my comments but, actually everything! I had a fantastic time last weekend. I am sure all the staff are good but most of my dealings happened to be with Heidi, she was friendly and professional, gave us correct information and was helpful with any of our needs; she has a charming personality. The jacuzzi is proba - Young reception and breakfast staff were so lovely. We were on the top floor in a lovely timber-lined room and we could hear cow bells from the balcony. Views of the mountains. Lift only went to the floor below so we had to climb a set of stairs with suitcases to get to the room. Free parking at the back of the hotel was great. My husband and daughter went up the cable car to the top of the mountain.
