We stayed at the apartment for five days in September 2013.
The apartment is fantastic decorated, in a high level, very big, with a living room, a kitchen, a balcony, three big bad rooms and a private parking.
It was fully equipment with all we need for a very comfort stay and a lot more.

Very efficient, clean and comfortable hotel with a fine restaurant. A problem arose whilst we were there which was dealt with by the management to my complete satisfaction without me having to enter into 'discussions'. -

We loved our room and our stay, especially the view over the foreshores and the lake. The reception staff were ever so helpful and keen to assist with any problems. They attended to every need during our stay. The view of the lake is perfect. The rooms are luxurious. Make sure you sit at the Bar at night and have a drink. The Bar Manager is really very nice and a pleasure to talk to at the end of the day.

The hotel facilities and staff were wonderful especially for a romantic getaway for two. The hotel was not too far from the main train station so it was in a convienent location in the center of the action. While the price was expensive by US standards, it was reasonable for Lucrern and Europe in general. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel

Lovely place with a wonderful view. The room I stayed in was very comfortable and with a large terrace overlooking the lake .. A pleasure for our eyes. The breakfast was generous and nicely served. The staff was very kind. So comfortable the ship right in front of the hotel that allow to reach Luzern in half an hour. I will definitely be back in this hotel!!!
