Very comfortable apartment room, great for travelling with young children. Also great location close to everything. - Staff was pretty kind and helpful. Hotel itself has very good (central)location, parking facility under the hotel was a big advantage atarrival and departure, but also if you go there by car. Kitchenette waswell equipped.

The location was extremely convenient -- close to the main train station (SBB Basel) and the University, walking distance from most of what I wanted to see. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was accommodating. Check-in and check-out hours were somewhat limited, but the staff was willing to be flexible and adapted to my travel plans

Tim met us when we arrived and showed us around and made us very welcome
we were given a travel card to use on public transport for the duration of our stay, Tim also gave us a map and provided us with details on what to see and how to get to the football stadium
This was a great place to stay and easy to find as well

The room was very modern, clean and the kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped. The location is close to the buses and trams, 5 minutes walk from the Rhine, very quiet at night time and also 5 minutes from a big supermarket. I was very impressed and I would stay there again.
