I also liked the fact that there was a real coffee machine in the room, and not just a hot water pot with instant coffee. - the hotel was so beautifully appointed.   The staff (in particular Thomas) was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure our comfort and enjoyment.
