  I feel very glad that I choosed this hotel. The reception lady is so nice. When she knew we would get up very early and leave for the mountain in the morning, she prepared wonderful breakfast for us to take away in advance. We even didn't ask her...   Nice hotel on top of a pub. Good friendly staff. Breakfast is good and is served in the pub. Decent sized room with tea/coffee making facilities. Walking distance to both Interlaken Ost and West stations. Had dinner once at the pub and it was good :) - Best hotel ever!!! Although it is a little far from train station, it has a great view of the mountains and very quite neighborhood. There is a nice bar at the first floor. The beer they offered is quite good. Employees are very nice. I said I would catch the first train to Jungenfraujoch, they even offer me a packed breakfast. Very nice ! Thank you!

  We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Michael was fantastic ever willing to help in planning our day trips. Always with a cheerful smile. This is a family run hotel and I must say that it is the best hotel within the star rating that it has. They were able to tell us down to the bus times what we should see which was excellent as we only had two nights there. The hotel is also in a great location for easy transport to Interlaken West and Ost train stations and many restaurants. The room was also a nice size - not too cramped.

This is the second time I've stayed here. The rooms are clean and spacious. I especially liked the afternoon cake and tea that was included in the rate. The breakfast is far better than at most hotels I've stayed at. The hotel reception was extremely helpful and even helped us arrange our day trip.

  This is the second time we stayed at this apartment. We stayed here last december and the same 3 rooms apartment we stayed has been renovated and we like it very much. The owner, mr raj and her daughter sangeeta has been really helpful throughout our stay.
