  Staff were very kind and helpful. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Hotel is at walking distance from "downtown" and at a 5 minutes drive from the ski lift. We were upgraded to a gorgeous double room with incredible breathtaking 180 degree mountain views as it was our anniversary - complimentary tiramisu on arrival and scrummy Lindt heart-shaped chocolates on our pillows every night.   Great hotel for a value ski trip. Perfectly clean room, good breakfast, nice location. Staff could not have been nicer. - Staffs tried to help us as possible as they can. I was sorry too. Breakfast was delicious and great.

  Perfect location immediately at the bus stop. Friendly staff, cosy rooms, nice wellness facility, great breakfast buffet... I will defininitely go there again! - Everything....   Bernahof was not busy during my stay and so I had matratzenlager room with shower and WC to myself. As always, space would be crowded when full. Mattress was comfortable. Staff was helpful and attentive. Breakfast was good.
