wszystkie opinie » Excellent staff clean rooms. Reasonable location, good menue de dia at 10 euro. Friendly locals. Ideal as a one night stop for the ferry from Santurce. Good value food in the restaurant. Spoke English very helpful friendly good selection of food parking secure and easy. Situated ideal for ferry and will use the hotel on a regular basis for this reason. Nice comfy room with secure underground garage near to ferry port. Great Place to stay close to before Bilbao Ferries. layout of the rooms and the very helpful staff. Cheap and with character by amusing staff. Position.Relative to Ferry Port. Closest to The Portsmouth Ferry. Really good value for money. Close to bilbao port . Good and close to port. 2* Hotel with good cafe and 10 mins from ferry. 30mins from Bilbao by Metro and good, secure underground car park. excellent supermarket for last min food shop under hotel. The staff were very helpful .I thought they were excellent. Close to the ferry port and not too expencive. Price. Relatively close to the port in Bilbao. Secure parking. That's it!. Close to ferry secure car park but at extra cost € 8.50. Location to ferry port and parking. Secure garage parking. Noisy 1st thing in morning!. Directions signs to the ferry . Too small. nothing I can think of. Meal times in the restaurant could be a little more flexible British people tend to eat dinner a lot earlier than continental people. Arrived late and although the cafeteria was advertised as being open until 11pm it was not. Need to change the notice. unable to get some cheese in the dinning room to end meal although happy to pay. Nothing. Nothing. Parking charges . Can be noisy as in residential areas and hilly walks to decent restaurants. Cafe menu (Salads, Pinchos etc) limited but tasty. 1.The toilet did not work properly. 2. There was no hot water to have a shower in the morning. 3.There was no heating coming from the rad. 4 We were room no 5.there was a lot of noise coming from the room upstairs , up to midnight before we could go to sleep. its a shame at the Hotel is in a ideal location for getting the Ferry. When arriving by car there is no where to stop on busy road. Hard to find Hotel car park as it is not clearly signed. Far from the city center. No hot water! Very very noisy. The hotel restaurant is closing down so no choice of food available. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Will NOT be staying there again!!. We thought €45 + I v just a little expensive for a 2 Starr hotel it was the only place to have a proper meal and it was only just edible there where other establishments that you could get a small snack (but not what you could call tapas). The fact that the hotel was part of a resident complex,and above our room must have been a family,who's apartment had no carpets on the floor,also the cafe which is part of the hotel,and opened to the general public was in a dirty condition. The bed was destroyed. The most uncomfortable night ever spent in a hotel. I have suffered back pain ever since. Could not recommend for that reason. room stank of cigeretes,there where two prices in bar area one for spanish and one for tourists. you book with the android application for 2 person room, and when you arrive, they tell you that this price is for one person only! really bad!. Bed creaked. Food poorly cooked and badly presented. Parking difficult.
