  The couple who own it were very welcoming and so nice. I had booked the wrong date (for the day after by mistake) and they sorted us a room very quickly. Close to Bilbao ferry so perfect location for us. Will definitely use again. - Quiet, cheap and near enough to a couple of bars.

  Hotel wspaniale położony, blisko Muz. Guggenheima i starego miasta, miła profesjonalna obsługa w recepcji. - Stayed 4 nights at this well-managed hotel with very friendly and efficient staff. Our room (junior suite) had a great view on the river and the Guggenheim museum. The coloured windows are a somewhat strange gimmick, but you get used to it... co mówią ludzie » after a while. We enjoyed being able to rent bicycles at the hotel and discover Bilbao at our own speed. Breakfast includes some quite tasty bread! - The free bikes were great. Bilbao is excellent for cycling around and we managed to get way further than on foot. Staff were really exceptionally friendly and pleasant. We used their package that included the bikes and Guggenheim tickets. Convenient. Ideally situated for the Guggenheim and old city.
