  We especially liked the fact that the hotel is located in a very interesting shopping center, which is furthermore very close to the old center of Santiago and the bus station. The hotel is actually a part of the huge shopping center complex, which also includes apartments which look into the mall itself. - Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. The most warming hotel owner I have came across (giving me a great big cuddle) and she catered to all my needs, printing off boarding tickets, storing my luggage etc. She even packed me a breakfast to take to the airport.
