Strong wifi....a/c, comfortable bed and great shower. I would definitely stay there again.

  The room was new and spotless. The shower was excellent with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was very good for 2.50 euros. Orange juice, coffee and a choice of toast or croisant. There were four of us so we chose 2 toast and 2 croisants. We got 2 croisants and about 12 rounds of great toast plus plenty of preserves and butter.   We had booked a room for one night but when we entered it was so lovely we immediately asked for a second night. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. A wonderful treat after completing over 400 km on The Camino Frances. The location is great. The staff was wonderful. Friendly and helpful and always smiling. Good facilities which was just as well as Iberia lost my luggage! Good location on the very edge of the old town opposite a great cafe for breakfast and near good restaurants. I recommend the internal rooms which look out on to a central covered courtyard which were very peaceful. Comfy beds and warm rooms which helped as the Santiago weather was dreadful!

  We had no problems parking-and ended up seeing the hotel as soon as we emerged from the garage-perfect! It's right next to the police station, so very quiet and safe (not that other parts of the city aren't). It was a very short walk to the cathedral and the city was fantastic to wander through. The heat was on, there was a hair dryer for me to use, they even had an electric kettle and tea sitting in our room - It was excellent in all ways * it was clean, nicely designed , bright, warm, open and friendly , just around the corner from the cathedral, but with ready access to taxis too. the staff , Diego and the young woman (whose name I didn't get) were exceptionally friendly and helpful ~~ in short a delightful place !! I d stay there again ~~)
