  Friendly staff, from arrival on reception right down to the cleaners, bar staff including John, a really lovely friendly and attentive to customers. Clean and tidy, beds fantastic No springs or dips and drops....beds made every day ..cleaned rooms and more towels if wanted. Resturant staff, very friendly and polite. I can't fault anything. - Friendly & helpful staff without being too familiar help make this reasonably priced hotel a place to visit. It's in the centre Of S. Ponsa & just across from the beach.
