  Everything was amazing - I wanted to practice my Spanish and they were so patient with me and told me the words when i wasn't sure. The staff were the best I have ever come across they went above and beyond, Manu made the best drinks with his own twist and was genuine with a brilliant sense of humour and wa more like a friend, Diane and Jemma were... co mówią ludzie » so so lovely made my husband and I feel so welcome and you felt felt like you had known them for a lifetime, and Tomeu the director was excellent so - The stuff was really frienly, it was as we came to our close friends or relatives to spend our vacation! They tried to do everything to make our stay pleasant and they really did it! Plus, good rooms with a lot of space even if it is a single room! Certainly, good food in the morning and perfect dinner in the evening! Everything was delicios! Also my parents said there was best sangria in the town (and I believe them as they tried it a lot in the town)

  Friendly staff, from arrival on reception right down to the cleaners, bar staff including John, a really lovely friendly and attentive to customers. Clean and tidy, beds fantastic No springs or dips and drops....beds made every day ..cleaned rooms and more towels if wanted. Resturant staff, very friendly and polite. I can't fault anything. - Friendly & helpful staff without being too familiar help make this reasonably priced hotel a place to visit. It's in the centre Of S. Ponsa & just across from the beach. I'd have no hesitation returning.
