We had a flat tire while staying at the hotel and the staff was very cooperative about helping us get it changed and taking us to a tire repair shop to get us back on the road. THis was above and beyond the call of duty. My thanks to the receptionist and the technician.

Bilbao is excellent for cycling around and we managed to get way further than on foot. Staff were really exceptionally friendly and pleasant. We used their package that included the bikes and Guggenheim tickets. Convenient. Ideally situated for the Guggenheim and old city.

What it lacks in extras, it makes up for in being clean, modern, offering a good breakfast, and a great spot in front of the beach. We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was very friendly and helpful (and
spoke excellent English). The room was so homey-it was nice to go out in
the rain and go "home" to a warm and comfortable room. The
