The apartments were well maintained and clean. It was welcoming to have bottled water in the fridge and tea/coffee. The shower worked well, which was a treat after staying in other hotels where it didn't. The beds were comfy and the apartment was well equipped with facilites including kettkle, toaster, ironing, microwave and tv with BBC and ITV

This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. I returned to this
hotel in just 3 mths :-) Staff provides professional services and they
are really nice and helpful. Room is big and comfortable. Compare to
the hotel with same price in Playa de las Americas, this hotel is
really value for money. Although the location is a bit remote, it just

We stayed here for 2 weeks Aug-Sep13 with three kids,12/8/2. The hotel is fabulous for families and couples. Staff at this hotel are absolutely fabulous, the hotel is very clean, very relaxing, beautiful apartments with total privacy. Sleeping is really relaxing as it's very quiet.No partying etc. The pools are wonderful, children's pool very nice and warm. Breakfast is to die for and plenty. I can not fault this hotel. We would be going back next year. Shuttle bus good, life guard for the pool

Very comfortable appartement, each with balcony, big swimming pool, nice and green hotel (despite the not so nice village), great buffet for breakfast, quiet place, well located to visit and hike into the Anaga region. Excellent value for money. -

We have stayed in the apart hotel in the middle of May for a little bit
more than a week. The hotel is perfectly located, just a bit outside of
the noisy in the evenings bars, very close to the Playa de Las Vistas
beach (it took us 7 min to walk to the beach, not hurrying of course),
within a short walk to all kinds of bars and restaurants, and ni

convenient. The bus stop is around the corner and can take you to the

Very relaxing - staff very helpful. Requested a move after the first
night as our balcony overlooked the main road and it was noisy very
early. We were moved to another apartment overlooking the pool. Although
the apartments are very close to shopping, bars, etc, it is very quiet
and peaceful within the complex.

El Marquis Palace was absolutely out of this world.It was over and above
our expectations. The staff could not do enough for us, the pool side
was so relaxed and clean. The apartment was superb. The views were

We have stayed at Westhaven Bay many times. Some bedrooms are a little dated, but always clean. Facilities in the rooms/apartments are good.
