The position in the banana plantations with views to the sea is peaceful and very attractive. ~The manager, Pedro, was extremely helpful, particularly with a problem we had with the car.   We stayed at Hostal Carel at the beginning and end of our cycling tour in Tenerife. They were very friendly, and helpful, the breakfast was great value for money, enough for a lunchtime sandwich too, served in our room. We needed to store our bike boxes for the return journey, and they were very helpful in keeping them safe for us. Location - perfect (bus stop on the other side of the street, shopping market aswell). Everything was superclean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, room was big and had a balcony. Although the breakfast was modest, but everything was fresh and tasty. I definitely recommend it and I would go there again.
