  This was the best hotel holiday I have ever been on. Pure luxury and relaxation. Something that makes a holiday for me is the staff. Without question this hotel has the finest collection of people working for them - cleaners, porters, waiting staff, reception, spa, all wonderfully friendly and attentive without being in your face. The position of this beautiful hotel is great - 20 mins from Tenerife South airport, right by the beach with - The hotel is beautiful with fantastic sea views, our suite was spacious and very comfortable, the pool area is lovely and quiet and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. We really liked the adult only aspect of the hotel which made it very quiet and serene. We also used the spa which was excellent. We stayed on a B&B basis and there are lots of reasonable restaurants within short walking distance along the beach. All in all a lovely holiday.

  Everything, it's so unique, nothing like the numerous old fashioned 'block' hotels in the region. It's very colourful and imaginative, there's so much attention to detail. It's a proper 5 star. The staff are really friendly too and always have time for you.   We have enjoyed our stay in Be Live Playa la Arena . Staff was very polite , all our requests were resolved in a very professional manner . The rooms were cleaned every day , pool and surroundings very clean . Food quite good and the waiters work hard trying to serve all those who eat in the restaurant. In one day, really was our guide showing us the way - A lot of people advice to take only breakfast and dinner but we were so happy to have all inclusive: no headache about where to eat. All inclusive is the choice for absolute relaxation! Arena beach is very close to the hotel, the ocean is amazing, we were swimming only in wild water!

The sun is never shi - The hotel was very clean and staff were efficient, polite and attentive. The location was convenient if you wanted to walk into town our walk the the next beach though you would need some time to do either and be quite fit.. Excellent value for money. We have recommended it to another couple who have booked a few days in the hotel and know it.
