  The apartments were well maintained and clean. It was welcoming to have bottled water in the fridge and tea/coffee. The shower worked well, which was a treat after staying in other hotels where it didn't.   We have stayed in the apart hotel in the middle of May for a little bit more than a week. The bus stop is around the corner and can take you to the airp - Very relaxing - staff very helpful. Requested a move after the first night as our balcony overlooked the main road and it was noisy very early. We were moved to another apartment overlooking the pool. Although the apartments are very close to shopping, bars, etc, it is very quiet and peaceful within the complex.

  The friendly helpful couple who owned the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble, providing scales to weigh our luggage, milk for morning tea before a very early departure and a good fairly plain dinner (inspite of a big football match on the tv!) The hotel doesn't look much from the outside, but don't be deceived, inside is lovely. - Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location: it's close (some 10km) from downtown Santa Cruz with a good and easy road to go to and from and yet, you're in the countryside (very quiet) +, since it's relatively high altitude, it's likely you will be above the clouds in the winter... Although it's far from the Teide volcano as the crow flies, the road to the Park is pretty straight, it might take less time to drive to the Park from Las Cañadas than from a location at the coast!
