  This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. I returned to this hotel in just 3 mths :-) Staff provides professional services and they are really nice and helpful. Room is big and comfortable. Compare to the hotel with same price in Playa de las Americas, this hotel is really value for money. Hotel also provides shuttle bus services though it's not as frequent - We stayed here for 2 weeks Aug-Sep13 with three kids,12/8/2. The hotel is fabulous for families and couples. Staff at this hotel are absolutely fabulous, the hotel is very clean, very relaxing, beautiful apartments with total privacy. Sleeping is really relaxing as it's very quiet.No partying etc. The pools are wonderful, children's pool very nice and warm. Breakfast is to die for and plenty. I can not fault this hotel. We would be going back next year. Shuttle bus good, life guard for the pool

  The service at the hotel was very good, athought it is a very big hotel, we had the impression they knew their guests individually. Everything was clean, the room, the pool, the restaurant. Parking was fine infront of the hotel so no need to pay for the parking place... All in all we enjoyed our stay there as a family. - Great location.

  The friendliness of staff on reception----couldn't do more for us whenever we asked for advise etc. The quality and the choice of food available was excellent, at all meal times. We have recommended it to another couple who have booked a few days in the hotel and know it.

  Location, as we had a rented car and we could travel everywhere by car, but I saw a lot of restaurant nearby anyway. Apartments with basically but sufficiently equipped kitchen,everyday cleaning. The aparthotel has its own carpark (car is recommended as the hotel is not in the centre, approx. 15 min. walk but a few shops and a supermarket nearby). Good starting point for travelling all around the island.

  We only needed a room for a couple of nights near to the airport after our holiday and this place was perfect - we could watch the planes taking off and landing from our balcony which also overlooked the golf course. It may sound like this could be very noisy but we didn't find it intrusive & it was something to watch while we had our breakfa... co mówią ludzie » st! . The apartment facilities were good and the very large double bed was wonderfully comfortable. We weren't there long enough to enjoy the many - Everything was clean, staff were very friendly and the apartment was very spacious and equipped with everything you could need-a true home from home. The maids were constantly cleaning, changing beds and towels, all communal areas were immaculate and the resort was very peaceful. In in all Tenerife Country club is amazing.
